Job Details
A law firm, based in the City, is currently looking for an HR analyst to join their friendly HR team.Reporting into the Reward Manager, the analyst will support the HR function from a data perspective in a varied and growing role.Key responsibilities:Ownership over all HR reporting - including (but not limited to) diversity and inclusions, gender pay reporting, employee data etc.Monthly and quarterly reporting to senior stakeholdersSupport the implementation of the new HR systemAct as first line of support for all HR system queriesSupport with company benefitsResponsibility for annual salary and benefits surveyAssist with monthly payroll Skills and Experience:Comfortable working with large data sets, competent user of excel (vlookups and pivot tables as a minimum)Experience of working in an HR functionHR systems and reporting experience requiredFriendly and personable characterDesirable to have experience working in a professional services organisation To be considered please apply accordingly.
