My client, a prestigious, global Executive Search Firm are seeking a polished HR Business Partner to join their team.

Based in their beautifully and newly refurbished offices in central London your primary role is to provide day to day HR support and truly partner with your client group.

Responsibility:

Day to day HR support offering guidance and informal coaching for staff

Responsible for leading recruitment of support staff, sourcing and reviewing candidates

Manage job adverts as required, schedule and co-ordinate interviews

On-boarding and integration of new starters

Facilitate annual performance management process

Support Consultants probation review meetings and prepare paperwork (collect & deliver feedback / extend probations or terminate employment if required)

Hold exit interviews and provide staff departure data reporting

Line manage 2 Receptionists

Develop an understanding of the business to become a true business partner

Undertake adhoc projects as and when required

Experience:

Excellent people management skills

Solid previous generalist HR experience

Full understanding of HR processes and best practices

Previous recruitment experience in a similar orgainisation

UK Employment law knowledge

Professional Services industry experience (desirable)

The ideal candidate will have a true understanding of working in a HR generalist role within professional services. You should be professionally presented with natural gravitas and strong influencing skills. You should be able to communicate well with senior stakeholders and respect matters of confidentiality at all times.
