This is a permanent position located near Heathrow. This is a client focused position, supporting a growing workforce.

Description

Key responsibilities of this Senior HR Officer include but are not limited to:

  • Provide an advisory service to colleagues, ensuring full awareness of all the Company's policies
  • Provide practical and consistent advice and direction for line managers in order for them to follow statutory employment legislation
  • Advise and provide support to managers to ensure the correct procedures are followed in carrying out various ER tasks
  • Quality check, govern and confirm that training and competence standards are being met through regular auditing
  • Administrate absence management through Company HR systems and analyse data in order to promote positive employee relations
  • Coordinate the delivery of the company induction programme in partnership with line managers for all new colleagues
  • Act on relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner; analyse trends and generate it in a readily available format for managers to review

Profile

The successful candidate must have a CIPD qualification (preferably Level 5 and above) and HR Generalist experience. They must also have in-depth ER knowledge and experience, as well knowledge of employment legislation.
