This role is a really exciting role in which you are required to focus on the early careers programmes such as apprenticeships, graduate programmes and internal talent development. The role does involve strategic planning, making sure the right talent is dispersed through the business and coming up with innovative ideas to retain and attract early talent.

My client are a financial services firm in Bromley.

Description

  • Build an early careers strategy to attract, develop and build pipeline for junior talent from entry level, apprenticeships, graduate programmes
  • Identift skill gaps in the team and develop programmes to ensure you attract the right talent in the market
  • Be pivotal in the relationship with internal and external educational learning providers
  • Build on development plans to monitor junio talent performance
  • Support managers to identify skill needs and develop them in their own teams
  • Be proactive in coming up with innovative ideas to retain and attract junior talent
  • Work with a Diversity and Inclusion mindset, to ensure a diverse talent pipeline
  • Manage talent risk within the teams

Profile

  • Be an effective communicator
  • Be able to build effective working relationships with SMT
  • Strong knowledge of talent identification and building appropriate pipeline for early careers
  • Be able to manage and prioritise your workload accordingly
  • Effective coaching skills
  • Experience in Fincancial services is not essential but ideal
  • A learning and development background would be beneficial

Job Offer
