Job Details
My client, a global asset managers in the city, currently have an opportunity available for a HR Business Partner on a 6 month basis. This role will provide full generalist HR support across the region. The team is highly collaborative and works closely to ensure well-rounded client support.
Duties:
- Provide commercial coaching, guidance and counsel to client groups and key stakeholders for all employee related matters, including: performance management, employee development and engagement, employee relations, headcount planning, recruitment and exit processes
- Drive the implementation of key people initiatives and project work
- Provide guidance and support on HR operations and processes
- Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager and HR Administrator by providing updates on changes within client groups
- Support core processes such as Talent Review, Performance Appraisals and Pay Review processes
- Internal HR process reviews and enhancements
- Contribute to and support the successful delivery of HR projects and change inciatives
