Are you an experienced Recruiter who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment?

Our client are a successful and thriving business, with sites across the UK. The role of Talent & Resourcing Partner will work as part of the HR team, supporting managers with comprehensive recruitment expertise, attracting talent so support growth and business plans.

Key areas will be:
End to end management of recruitment for a wide range of roles across the business.
Reviewing and compiling job descriptions, candidate generation, applications screening, interviewing and Assessment Centres, offers and candidate management.
Proactively managing relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining a robust candidate attraction and selection strategy.
Working with senior management on resourcing issues such as candidate attraction and strategy,

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in delivering high volume recruitment campaigns and show knowledge in the very best candidate attraction methods. Your experience will ideally have come from working as an internal recruiter from industry sector with the key factor of being able to demonstrate you have delivered volume recruitment within a fast paced environment.

Applicants will hold a full, clean driving licence as travel will be part of the role.
