One of the world's largest law firms are currently searching for an experienced Graduate Recruiter to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part for the attraction and recruitment process of a very competitive graduate programme. Our client have a forward thinking and innovative approach therefore making this a highly desirable graduate programme, which see between 80-70 recruits per year. This role will be based in their stunning UK head office in the city of London.
As graduate recruiter you will be responsible for the recruitment into key programmes within the business such as Open Days, the First Year Insight Programme, Summer Internship and the Graduate Programme. You will be required to project manage the various graduate programmes within the firm , working closely with senior stakeholders and partners in the firm therefore having strong stake holder management experience is key. A key focus of this role will require you to work on the campus strategy and marketing, there will be a reasonable amount of travel at certain times of the year to various universities and the 7 other locations where this firm has offices throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will have experience working within the graduate recruiter space within either professional or financial services, the ideal Candidate would have previous legal exposure. You will have to be highly organised and good at working at a fast paced as this role can be very busy.
This is a permanent position, paying circa £50,000 -55,000.
