LMA are working on a fabulous opportunity for a HR Manager to work on a part-time basis. Our client, a renowned educational organisation based in North London are in the search for a HR manager who is looking for a part-time opportunity which offers a lot of flexibility.

As HR Manager, you will be required to work closely with the senior management team which you will be part of to implement a new organisational-wide strategic vision. You will have to work on developing and improving HR policy and procedures which will drive performance and reduce disputes. Part of your role will also incorporate the responsibility of payroll.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 generalist HR experience be level 5 CIPD qualified. It would key to have some experience for coaching line managers through organisational change. This is a permanent role, looking to pay £45,000 (FTE) and offers a very competitive benefits package.
