A charity which focuses on research on challenges in science, society and the economy, is looking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator initially for a 3 month period. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Business Partner with recruitment for the organisation. This would include advertising opportunities on job boards, advert response, scheduling interviews and the onboarding process which will require offer letters and contracts to be issued. Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator is essential as the role is busy with a high volume of recruitment campaigns. Experience with an ATS would be ideal together with an organised approach and the ability to communicate effectively to senior personnel. The organisation is based in central London and was originally formed through the support of a number of Universities.
