Job Title: HR Business Partner
Salary: £45 - £50K DOE
Contract: 12 Month FTC (Mat Cover)
Ashley Kate are working alongside a well renowned logistics firm in Banbury to recruit a HRBP. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next interim project.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will act as a trusted partner to the business and someone who has experience working on the strategic piece, but who is also comfortable to get involved in the operational day to day.
It's a really exciting time to join our client, they have restructured there department which in turn has increased the rate and opportunity of progression.
This is a well-rounded, meaty role - you will have the chance to get involved in a variety of HR pieces, including change management. We need someone who is resilient and isn't afraid to push back and make an impact on the business.
There is a lot of change going on throughout the functions at the moment so we need someone who can lead on these changes whilst supporting senior staff and managers through the processes. Culture will be a big focus in this role, so previous experience of this is essential.
