HR Business Partner
Role: HR Business Partner Industry: Media Location: West London Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 My client are a leading multinational media business who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support their global HQ function. You will work closely with the CTO so experience supporting a technology function is needed. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and other HRBPs to drive change and consultant across the business. Driving development, orchestration and alignment of HR consultancy services and strategic projects and programmes.Act as a trusted advisor on both strategic people and organisation related topicsFocussing on talent management, performance management, organisation effectiveness and optimisation as well as reward and recognition.Championing new people initiatives in your client group and influencing positive changeGuiding line managers and stakeholders on complex employee relations issues and work closely with the in-house legal team on managing people related risksEnsure that HR processes are executed in alignment with expectations and that process touch points are properly owned/executed.Help managers to become self-sufficient with regard to day-to-day employee matters, by providing continuous expert guidance on sensitive or high-profile employee relations matters as well as those with wider organisation or strategic impact.Monitor and understand the people metrics for the assigned business area including headcount, performance, talent, attrition, spans of control, engagement etc and uses data to inform HR actions and priorities. As a HRBP you need to be resilient with the ability to push back on stakeholders who might challenge change and lack working collaboratively. You will be able to have strategic and consultative conversation with the CTO and fellow colleagues, whist thinking on your feet and being confident.
