A leading, national professional services firm based in Birmingham are looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Advisor to join the HR team.
Your new role
Created due to growth in the organisation, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for the management of end to end recruitment processes, supporting the Head of Recruitment. The role will work with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, advise on resourcing strategies, sift and screen applications, manage selection processes,and oversee offer management and provide feedback. The Recruitment Advisor will partner management teams to understand workforce planning requirements and will assist with the implementation of the recruitment strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have recruitment experience, gained either in a professional services environment, or working for an agency recruiting into professional services. You will also need to demonstrate a track record in recruiting across all levels and various specialisms.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £27,500 to £35,000 plus benefits
