Graduate and Apprentice Development Adviser

2 month Graduate and Apprentice Advisor role in Central London, starting ASAP and paying £185 - £208 per day.

Your new company
You will be working as a Graduate and Apprentice Advisor for a Government organisation in Central London, on a 2 month interim basis paying £185 PAYE or £208 Umbrella per day. The role will interview on Friday 12th July and start at the latest, week commencing 22nd July. Candidates must be available immediately or on 1 week's notice as a maximum.

Your new role
Reporting to the Graduate and Apprenticeship Manager, you will be a point of contact for 50 candidates on a Graduate or Apprenticeship programme. You will act as the main interface between the business, the training providers, and the candidates. You will coach managers on best practice, ensure candidates are completing and attending the required training and build lasting relationships with training providers such as colleges and universities.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will ideally have extensive Graduate and Apprentice experience, who can take ownership of their own workload and have strong stakeholder management skills. You must have experience of managing and liaising with training providers and be on 1 week's notice as a maximum.
