HR Advisor - Step up opportunity
Your new company
Our client, a household name with an outstanding reputation is seeking a HR Advisor to join their HR team based in Head Office in Weybridge.
Your new role
Accountable for the delivery of centralised first line HR administrative and tier one advice support to the organisation, this includes starters, leavers, contract variations, L&D Support, ER and operational
Carry out improvements to the way advice and support is delivered as required
Provide consistent, accurate and clear advice on the full range of tier one employment policies to people managers and employees for example maternity and compassionate leave
Provide centralised advice and support on employment issues
Action all administration as a result of calls and correspondence received
What you'll need to succeed
Proven ability to manage a complex workload and prioritise as required
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Must be PC literate
Ability to work on own initiative and work well under pressure
Previous HR experience
