Our client, a household name with an outstanding reputation is seeking a HR Advisor to join their HR team based in Head Office in Weybridge.

Your new role
A fantastic permanent opportunity for an Employee Relations Officer to join our clients centralised HR Team of 18 people. This is a fast paced and rewarding opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within Employee Relations. Reporting into the Employee Relations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for Line Managers across seven UK based sites, with approximately 1100 employees.

You will be the first point of contact to support Line Managers with advice, coaching and guidance on a variety of employee relations matters in line with the company's policies and procedures.
Support the Employee Relations Manager with the reviews of ER policies, ensuring legal compliance and reflecting industry good practice.
Undertake regular catch ups with the HR Business Partner's to discuss casework progress.
Take on ownership and management of your own caseload.
Build and develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation.


What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience of effectively managing a range of multiple, complex ER casework - this should include Disciplinary, Grievances, Absence Management and Performance Management.
Experience of coaching and advising employees and managers on ER cases remotely across all our sites.
Knowledge and understanding of ER policies and procedures and proven experience of providing clear, pragmatic guidance and advice.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and develop strong relations with key colleagues at all levels across the business.
