Badenoch + Clark have partnered with a leading services organisation in East Sussex to recruit a new HR Advisor to their team. Working as part of a small HR Function, this is a full generalist role with and would be a great opportunity for an HR Assistant or Officer with strong generalist experience, looking to make their first advisory move.
Support managers with ER and case management process including Probationary review meetings, Exit Interviews, Sickness absence and performance.
Managing recruitment processes including screening, interviews and offer management
Generalist HR Advice and support on people policies and procedures.
Supporting in the delivery of the people plan and providing a comprehensive HR service to meet business objectives.
Generalist HR Advisory support through all people processes including reward, promotion, development and change programmes.
Ideally you'll come from a generalist/advisory background and with strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law, HR Best Practice and Employee Relations.
You'll be comfortable building relationships quickly, being a commercial partner to be business and working autonomously with minimal guidance to achieve business objectives.
