HR Advisor (part-time)

HR Advisor (part time) - Watford - £30,000 pro rata

Our client is a commercial organisation that is growing and looking to bring an HR Advisor/Officer on board initially for 16 years per week but this is likely to increase. Reporting into the Director, you will provide a first class HR support service to the team.

Key accountabilities will include:-

- Develop and update Policies and Procedures
- Assist with Recruitment and Inductions
- Starters, Leavers, Contracts
- Employee Relations
- Develop and promote the company's culture, vision and values within the team and across the business
- Ad-hoc Projects

You will need to have the following experience:-

- Experience of working at an HR Advisor/Officer level
- Up to date Employment Law knowledge for the UK
- Ability to learn quickly and seek initiative solutions to challenges
- Excellent organisation, written and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to prioritise and deliver against deadlines
