Training & Design Content Manager

Are you an interim learning professional looking for your next contract? I'm working on an exciting Training and Design role with a world leading financial services organisation to start in the next few weeks. The contract will run for 6 months initially.

The HR team is currently looking at updating its current learning offering and this role will work closely with certain front office populations to re-design and modernise the core training modules. In particular, there will be a focus on developing some e-learning content from scratch with the support of a Developer off-shore and graphic designers in London.

This is a global project and you will be expected to coordinate the overall strategy and work closely with various jurisdictions on building appropriate content and managing the delivery to the business in a timely fashion.

You will need to have developed e-learning materials previously to be considered for this role, and comfortable managing global programmes and working with a variety of different platforms to execute training. Financial services experience is preferred given the content of the training, but the business will also be open to candidates from a consulting background.

You will need to be available to interview at short notice.
