Senior HR Business Partner
My client is undoubtedly a leader in their field with clear commercial objectives and a commitment to bettering themselves. based out of their South Manchester site and working with the senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in supporting your business unit though a significant period of change; impacting culture, performance and people processes to move to a more commercial and leading edge business.
Reporting into the HR Director and closely working within a highly unionised environment, you will have the opportunity to 'roll up your sleeves' whilst also implementing and embedding the people strategy. You will establish and build strong relationships with the unions and manage continuous change both structurally and culturally. You will manage complex ER cases and develop workforce and capability plans.
Having previously operated at a HR Business Partner level, with a specialism in change, ER/IR and in a highly unionised environment, you will have proven experience of building and developing strong robust relationships with key stakeholders and senior management. Of graduate calibre and CIPD Qualified, you will have the ability to work and deliver under pressure, be resilient and have strong project management skills.
