HR Manager - Preston
An established and market leading FMCG organisation is seeking a highly capable HR Manager to provide a truly generalist service within this fast paced business.
Working as part of the Site Leadership Team you will be accountable for providing a holistic Generalist service across the sites, ensuring the service offered by HR is of a better level – and more customer service focused – than it has been previously.
Managing an established HR team you will be responsible for ensuring HR services are provided to c700 employees, whilst working closely with Group HR to implement strategic initiatives as directed by the business.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have gained experience of the food manufacturing industry;
Be Level 5 CIPD qualified (or working towards);
Be a true HR Generalist;
Have a minimum of 2 years HR Management experience.
