Job Details
Are you looking for a HR Generalist role with strong ER and happy to commit for a few months. This role is based in Staffordshire.
Client Details
Our client is a well known retailer which is growing rapidly.
Description
Train and grow line managers with HR related topics
Work on complex ER cases
Manage stakeholders
Work closely with the wider HR team to develop and implement business communications
Support on training and on boarding processes
Support on performance management and talent development.
Profile
You will have a strong HR background particularly in ER. You should be happy with a fast paced environment and be intellectual and considered about the HR changes which are going on.
Job Offer
Very competitive salary for a Senior Advisor-paying up to £40,000 and good benefits.
