HR Business Partner

We have a career-enhancing opportunity with our client; a progressive Italian institution in the Events Industry as they are recruiting an HR Business Partner to join their Milan HQ and partner with the local HR team to develop and execute a strong transformation agenda throughout the business!

Reporting and working closely with the other Senior HR Business Partners and the Group HR Director, you will act as the point of contact and trusted advisor to a division within the Sales & Marketing function, supporting a workstream of 150 to 250 employees.

As the company is currently undergoing a strong cultural transformation, at times you will need to challenge the business with new ideas and offer creative and number-driven solutions to complex issues, while investing in developing and evolving long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your day-to-day will split between focusing on collaborating with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help recruit, onboard, retain, develop, and compensate talent, and providing operational support on more handson activities for your population.

You will also be a solution-oriented HR partner, comfortable working in an environment which demands high caliber deliverables under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of both Italian and English to full proficiency is required for this opportunity.
