A temporary HR administration role to deliver a data protection project for a client of ours in Oxfordshire
Your new company
You will be joining a large organisation who employs over 500 members of staff. On their HR agenda is to transfer all HR records from paper files onto the HR system which is why the need has arisen for a temporary HR Administrator to join the HR function and deliver this project efficiently to ensure data protection legislation is met.
Your new role
You will be required to review each HR file and ensure any data which is not compliant with data protection is removed from each file and destroyed accordingly. You will then accurately create the electronic file and record and transfer the data across.
What you'll need to succeed
A sound knowledge of data protection and in particular GDPR is essential to be considered for this position due to the potential risks\consequences our client could face if errors are made or data is transferred which shouldn't be.
