HR Assistant will be responsible for collating payroll information across the global offices whilst being a point of contact for any compensation and benefits queries. . The HR Analyst will also take full ownership of reporting, data analytics and assist with general HR Administration.

This is an attractive proposition for an experienced HR Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced HR team. Working alongside an experienced Head of HR, HR Manager and Recruiter, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to have ownership of the payroll and compensation & benefits processes, in addition to supporting the HR team with HR administration, systems & complex reporting.


The successful candidate must have a combination of experience collating payroll information, looking after compensation and benefits administration, have advanced excel skills and be able to use formulas pivot table and V-look ups. The successful candidate will consider themselves a number cruncher and be great with data and analytics.

The ideal candidate would be happy to pick up additional HR Assistant. This is a permanent role working for a fast paced investment management firm.
