HR Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, Hertfordshire
Your new company
A Local authority based in Hertfordshire is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will join at an exciting time when the service is about to embark on a transformation programme, developing its strategy for the delivery of care and support going forward. You will work in partnership with the management team to identify the workforce priorities and enable solutions to HR issues.
What you'll need to succeed
- Technical knowledge and experience in employment law, managing change, and TUPE transfers
- Degree or relevant professional qualification e.g. CIPD or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a generalist HR role
