Responsible for operating as a Partner to the function, ensuring all operational training requirements are proactively identified and achieved to the highest standard. Partner with the function to ensure compliance rates are achieved and insights reported upon to the business.

Essential
- Knowledge of health and safety training requirements within an operational environment
- Wider training knowledge gained through previous experience
Desirable
- An in-depth knowledge of the function area in which you will be partnering
SKILLS

- Disciplined and detail driven in your approach
- Resilient with a pragmatic and future thinking mind-set
- Ability to multi task shifting priorities
- Ability to influence and establish cross-functional working relationships at a senior level
- Ability to derive insights from complex data sets

- Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility
EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Strong training / L&D experience within a shared service environment, or over multiple locations
- Demonstrable experience of providing advice to senior colleagues on training needs and solutions
- Project Management experience
Desirable
- Experience within the waste management and recycling sectors and/or a water utility company
QUALIFICATIONS
Desirable
- Achieved or actively working towards a training qualification
- NEBOSH qualified
