Our client a large financial services firm are looking for a confident and creative people development consultant to join their large talent team. You will be supporting on the early careers programmes at the firm and be responsible for co-ordinating, designing and delivering training. You will be given the opportunity to complete detailed training analysis also will be given oversight to implement what this necessary.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage two early careers schemes
• Manage the apprenticeship scheme, ensuring an effective talent pipeline and co-ordinating external partners
• Monitor and track the apprenticeship levy budget to ensure effective use of resources
• Creation and delivery of soft-skill training
• Completing detailed analysis of training needs
• Assess and evaluate the business impact of training activities

You must have previous experience designing and delivering training in a highly regulated environment. You will also ideally have excellent knowledge of early careers programmes and be confident managing the coordinator of these schemes within a large matrix organisation. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be confident at dealing with senior stakeholders.
