Assistant HR BP Partner job based in Central London paying £34,000 per annum.

Your new role
As an Assistant HR BP your objectives will include: leading HR support for all employee relations, developing and coaching managers, managing change programmes, developing and implementing HR initiatives and producing regular management information for specific directorate heads. It is expected that you will provide robust and legally compliant advice to managers on employment relations (ER) areas to improve performance, alongside working with the Organisational Development and Learning team, and HR BP, to deliver relevant training sessions for managers.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must be an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about HR. It is essential that you possess experience working as an HR Advisor preferably within a charity or non-profit organisation. It is highly desirable that you are also CIPD qualified.
