Job Title: Internal Recruiter
Salary: Up to £25K
Contract: Permanent

Ashley Kate are excited to be working with a creative and forward thinking niche company in Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business who are innovative and fun with their approach to HR and Recruitment.

This isn't your typical internal recruiter role, we are looking for a dynamic and savvy individual from a similar background, who has experience in recruiting internally, you will be part of a friendly, care free team who work collaboratively.

This is a brand new role, so a really exciting chance to really put your stamp on the business and take full ownership of the end to end recruitment process.

You will be working closely with the HR Manager so will also get involved in the odd bit of HR here and there.

Role:
·Innovatively sourcing candidates from different platforms, including head-hunting
·Selecting the right candidates for the right positions
·On-boarding successful candidates
·Leading on Recruitment Campaigns
·Building social presence and brand
·Reviewing and implementing recruitment practices

Experience:
·Must have previous recruitment experience, either: internal, agency or generalist
·Ability to build strong working relationships
·Self motivated
