This is a newly created post that will ensure we attract, recruit, develop and retain the best skills for our business.  From growing our own apprentices to succession planning for our experienced engineers, to resource allocation for our teams who support customers.  Your focus on our people will support our operations and strategic growth.

With a background in HR, focussing on Talent and Resourcing/Recruitment, you will have excellent communication skills, be experienced in hiring and staff development.  This is a chance to be at the very heart of our business as people are key to everything we do.
