Your new role
You will be responsible for providing high quality advice and guidance across the business on a range of ER issues. The job is largely providing advice to line managers in a telephone based fashion. You will build relationships with operational leaders to encourage trust and consistency.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have minimum of 2 years experience in HR in an ER focused role. You will likely be in an ER job or a generalist role with a strong bias to ER and providing advice. You will likely be CIPD level 5 or above.
