Your new role
As a Recruitment Specialist, 3-6 months (interim) you will be purely recruiting for Apprentices for their clients law firms and local authorities.Responsibilities include: Drafting social media content for marketing, and participating in development of recruitment campaigns as requested. Producing job descriptions and advertisements, screening CV's and updating the clients, providing support with the selection processes, including telephone interviewing if required and completing any post-recruitment administration. You will also be responsible for attending school careers and UCAS events as required and developing and maintaining a contact list of schools and their twitter addresses, careers advisors, careers hubs and other organisations to assist in increasing awareness of their apprenticeship offer.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Recruitment Specialist and will ideally have recruited for Apprentices. You must be available to start with no more than two weeks notice.
