L&D Advisor required
Permanent - £30-35k DOE.
Lancashire based role with some travel

Our client is a global leader in their field, and are looking for an L&D Advisor to join their centre of excellence and support Global L&D Initiatives,

The role:
* Working closely with UK HR Managers, and global management team to evaluate training needs across the business
* Support the design and delivery of training material
* Develop and coordinator group wide Mentoring and Coaching programmes
* Support Management development programmes
* Be involved in group wide training initiative and development programmes
* Preparation of Materials and training providers
* Support managers with Performance management
* Support in Employee surveys and other ad-hoc L&D or development Initiatives

The candidate:
* Must have previous experience in designing and delivering a wide range of training material
* Will be a confident and strong communicator who can manage relationship across many business divisions, and across a global remit.
* Will be passionate about developing people
* Open to some travel if required
