HR Manager - 12 Month FTC

Are you an HR Professional with experience in a complex or matrixed corporate organisation?
Badenoch + Clark have partnered with a leading name in the Gatwick Diamond to recruit an a Manager into the HR Function responsible for three sites in the South East

Responsibilities include:

*Supporting business leaders and senior managers with a comprehensive HR Service, operating as a true commercial business partner to help achieve business objectives.
*Develop and promote a localised people plan, underpinned by the nationwide policy but focusing on local commercial challenges.
*Influencing change around structure, behaviour and organisation.
*Driving HR as a business-focused commercial unit
*Partnering with colleagues across Recruitment, ER, and Performance & Training to ensure a full first-in-class service.

You'll be comfortable building relationships with a full range of stakeholders by demonstrating credible HR experience and commercial acumen. Ideally you will have strong working knowledge from within a large matrixed or complex corporate organisation with experience of managing multiple priorities.

This role is initially on a 12 month FTC and you'll ideally be immediately available or available imminently.
