My client is one of the UK's leading investment managers. They initially set up as a family business and is now part of the FTSE 250 listed companies. They are currently recruiting a permanent HR administrator based in the City. You will work within a team of 11 and be the first point of contact for all ad-hoc duties.
*General administration - answering the phones, offer letters, new starters/ leavers
*Pay review letters - up to 3500 in pay review time
*Manage the HR London inbox, ensuring all emails are dealt with promptly or escalated appropriately
*Maintenance of HR database, administering all employee joiner, leaver and change processes as well as absence records.
*Support recruitment activities on ad-hoc roles and larger recruitment projects.
*Producing leaver documentation and arranging exit interviews with the relevant HRBP. Administering leaver payroll memos.
*Assist the HR team in ad-hoc administrative tasks including; diary management, arranging travel, preparing recruitment material, typing meeting notes as well as opening and distributing post
Skills and Experience
*Previous HR administrative experience ideally within a Financial/Professional services environment
*Proficient user of MS Office packages
*A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
*Educated to A-Level standard
*Strong time management and prioritisation
*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
