About you

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills/experience -
·CIPD Qualified
·Experience in a HR Administrator position

About the role
Supporting the Senior HRBP and wider HR Team, in all aspects of HR Administration and provide and operational people service to the business:

·Recruitment - posting jobs, working closely with line managers...
·Producing contracts and offer letters
·Adhoc letters
·Invites to formal meetings - they do have templates
·Maintain and utilise the HR System
·Keeping logs of data, e.g. absence and discplinary data
·OCC Health referrals
·Chasing managers for documentation
·Supporting a HC of around 350
