Recruitment Coordinator - West London - 12 Month FTC - Starting ASAP !! Are you Immediately available?Do you have recruitment Coordinator experience? If so, we want to hear from you!! Oakleaf are working for a fantastic Tech company based in West London who are looking for an organized, energetic and enthusiasm person to join their team. You will be covering a maternity position for 12 months helping the recruitment team engage in the best Talent in London and Internationally! Do you want to be part of something Exciting? This Dynamic position will involve… Extensive interview scheduling across multiple timezonesGenerate contracts & offer letters and assist candidates with pre-employment and new hire activities.Recommend process improvements to streamline hiring process and improve our candidates' experiences.Contribute to recruiting projects,Support social media and publicity efforts to attract talent.Ability to accurately enter and manage sensitive computer data and manual records.Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer serviceAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently, professionally, efficiently and deliver on multiple work initiatives at one time.Support People Services (Shared Services) with general HR administration duties as required.
