HR Resourcing Delivery Consultant -
Do you enjoy recruitment? Do you love engaging with your HR internal Clients? Would you like to get into recruitment or develop your career but don't want the sales aspect?
Artis HR have enjoyed supporting the regional and Southern HR market for 12 years, and due to continued growth are expanding the HR recruitment team.
We are looking for someone to come into the office to support and recruit HR roles for existing Clients and to support 3 more experienced consultants and Directors recruit more specialist positions.
You will thrive on building meaningful relationships with Candidates, enjoy understanding the career achievements and aspirations of these individuals, and will enjoy matching these to detailed Client briefs.
As part of the core HR team you will understand and develop your knowledge of the HR market and will offer support, advice and guidance to individuals looking to progress and develop their own early HR careers.
You will have the opportunity to regularly meet people face to face, to develop your own interviewing skills and competencies along side spending time in and with some of the most fantastic businesses in the South West.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently in recruitment that would prefer to support a HR Client base, or someone looking to build a career in HR and who thinks HR, as we do could be a great Client sector to support.
