This organisation are looking for an HR Business Partner to support across a broad range of duties , providing best practise to the organisation of circa 750 (split with another HRBP).

This role, will be to deliver best practice HR and Recruitment business partner support and advice to senior managers across the organisation on the full scope of HR responsibilities. This includes engagement with project work, leading on various HR work streams and engaging fully with the recruitment lifecycle. This role works with HR and non HR colleagues to ensure a high level of service is provided by the HR operations team to ensure that the organisation attracts, engages and retains the best talent in line with our culture.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

*Deliver a proactive and consistent HR service, building good working relationships with all stakeholders. You will provide business focused solutions to senior managers and deliver a comprehensive HR service to stakeholders across the organisation
*Work with the Deputy Director HR Services, People Director, and business leaders to implement business plans and strategic objectives, leading specific projects that relate to individual business areas.
*Coach and develop managers, managing and mitigating people related risks and ensure retention of key employees, including managing capability and performance
*Provide advice to managers on all areas of casework including change management and restructuring, workforce planning and deployment.

Recruitment strategy

*Work with business leaders to understand their recruitment needs acting as a business partner and providing talent acquisition solutions
*Work with Recruitment Business Partners to identify the most appropriate route to market for talent and plan and build compelling campaigns monitoring campaigns and progress.
*With the Deputy Director, HR Services engage in strategic solutions to ensure the organisation has processes in place to attract, recruit and retain diverse and high performing candidates to elevate the workforce
*Act as part of the wider HR team, working with colleagues to manage departmental strategic initiatives and represent a culture of professional, service and support that embodies how HR should operate in a modern organisation aligned to values

Stakeholder engagement & performance

*Fostering and maintaining effective working relationships across the organisation
*Contribute to the strategic development of HR by maintaining current awareness of employment law, developments and thinking within the profession.
*Analyse data and management information to ensure a deep understanding of the business and its people, making evidence-based decisions.

This would really suit someone with a generalist background, who can also demonstrate where they have added value to strategically- specifically around forward thinking recruitment and talent strategy.
