A generalist HR Advisor role with a focus on employee relations and supporting the HR Administrators with their day to day duties. Fantastic opportunity to progress and develop within the organisation.

A global media organisation based in Staines looking to add a HR Advisor to their ever growing team.

Description

  • First point of contact HR queries
  • Employee Relations case management
  • overseeing payroll
  • Supporting with the recruitment processes
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Implementing and improving policies and procedures
  • new starters, contracts, leavers
  • reward management

Profile

  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Exposure in a similar advisory role
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Dealing with stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with a high number of ER cases
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information
