- Supporting with the recruitment processes
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Implementing and improving policies and procedures
- new starters, contracts, leavers

- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Exposure in a similar advisory role
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Dealing with stakeholders
- Ability to deal with a high number of ER cases
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package
- Ability to deal with sensitive information
