I am currently recruiting for an experienced L&D Advisor to join a highly reputed organisation, based out of their Liverpool site. Working closely with the HR Director and the wider HR team, the main purpose of this role is to ensure that the L&D and Talent Planning strategy is successfully implemented to support a high performance culture within the organisation. Key accountabilities will include:

*To support the ongoing development and delivery of management development across the organisation, monitoring the effectiveness and impact on performance for delegates.
*To contribute to the development and implementation of the talent management process to ensure a consistent approach to the identification and development of talent across the organisation.
*To co-ordinate the induction of new starters to the organisation including facilitating Corporate Induction Events.
*To facilitate the provision of further education sponsorship for individuals wishing to undertake specialist examinations and qualifications, providing support and guidance to individuals around the appropriateness of their application.
*Project management & delivery of specific talent interventions
*Use Learning and Development knowledge and research to advise on best practice approach to the development of learning materials
*Review individual objectives, career development plans and training/ project evaluation feedback to understand and action specific career development and training requirements
