Recruitment Advisor

I am working with a highly reputable oil & gas organisation in Central London, in their search for a Recruitment Advisor. This is initially for 12 months, paying £19-20 per hour. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.

Being part of a global recruitment function, you will be working closely with the team in delivering a variety of campaigns. With it being such an international and diverse organisation, this will be reflected in the work you carry out. This will really allow you to diversify your portfolio and get involved in all parts of the recruitment process.

An aspect of this role will involve projects, where you will be leading and managing them on a regular basis. This will give you the chance to collaborate closely with the team and understand the positive impact your work makes with the wider organisation.

Additionally, the delivery of these campaigns will take up most of your time and this will involve sourcing for candidates within the engineering space, speaking with them, and shorlisting suitable people for the roles you are working on. This will allow you to build upon your recruitment experience and develop a better understanding of the engineering sector.

For this role, additional languages are beneficial but not essential. In-house recruitment experience within engineering is preferred but also not a deal-breaker if your experience is within an agency.
