A global leader in management consulting is recruiting for an HR Coordinator. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:Administration and CoordinationGenerating and administering new hire documentation, including references, employment contracts, offer letters and all leaver documentationResponding to all reference requests for past employees in a timely mannerMaintaining HR SystemsAssisting with requesting and processing Background checks with provider and maintaining recordsMaintaining employee files, trackers and compliance reportsAnswering holiday, payroll and benefit queriesAbsence management and processing in system and employment recordsApplying to HRMC for necessary documentationResearch and ProjectsResearching enquiries on UK employment legislationSupporting implementation of new benefits and the role out of new offeringsAssisting in updating of policies and proceduresSupporting the team in annual taks such as MBA applications, holiday carry over etc.)Assisting the team in strategy projects as necessaryTeam Work and Client ServiceConsistently delivering a high client service to the business and its employeesWorking with the team to identify areas for process improvement and to increase efficienciesPartnering closely with Recruitment team and Talent Managers to support with background checks and new hire documentationBuilding positive relations and working closely with IT, Office Services and external partnersAs HR Coordinator, you will possess:Previous HR admin experienceKnowledge of workday or similar HR systemProblem solving attitudeStrong communications skills both written and verbalIf this HR Coordinator role is of interest, please apply directly.
