A global leader in management consulting is recruiting for an HR Coordinator. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:

Administration and Coordination

Generating and administering new hire documentation, including references, employment contracts, offer letters and all leaver documentation

Responding to all reference requests for past employees in a timely manner

Maintaining HR Systems

Assisting with requesting and processing Background checks with provider and maintaining records

Maintaining employee files, trackers and compliance reports

Answering holiday, payroll and benefit queries

Absence management and processing in system and employment records

Applying to HRMC for necessary documentation

Research and Projects

Researching enquiries on UK employment legislation

Supporting implementation of new benefits and the role out of new offerings

Assisting in updating of policies and procedures

Supporting the team in annual taks such as MBA applications, holiday carry over etc.)

Assisting the team in strategy projects as necessary

Team Work and Client Service

Consistently delivering a high client service to the business and its employees

Working with the team to identify areas for process improvement and to increase efficiencies

Partnering closely with Recruitment team and Talent Managers to support with background checks and new hire documentation

Building positive relations and working closely with IT, Office Services and external partners

As HR Coordinator, you will possess:

Previous HR admin experience

Knowledge of workday or similar HR system

Problem solving attitude

Strong communications skills both written and verbal
