Page Personnel are working with a leading multi-site industrial organisation based in Doncaster who are actively seeking a Senior HR Advisor to add value to their HR function. This is a full generalist position overseeing the operational HR duties along with ownership of various exciting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking for their next step or a standalone HR Manager looking for a return to a team environment.

Client Details

A nationwide, multi-site industrial firm based in Doncaster with approx. 1000 headcount. They are actively seeking a Senior HR Advisor to add value to their close-knit HR function.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Senior HR Advisor role based in Doncaster, roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Head of HR in the management of complex ER processes when relevant including re-structure, redundancy and TUPE
  • Provide an effective and comprehensive HR Service to a high level, managing and dealing with Employee Relations issues
  • Work closely with line manager to understand recruitment needs, including producing job descriptions, coordinating interviews and providing advice to managers
  • Build and own relationships with managers, in order to positively influence approaches and behaviours to be in line with Company and best practise
  • Assist the deliverable of annual HR processes, such as salary and bonus review, talent planning, mentoring scheme, intern enrolment, induction programme

Profile

  • Demonstrable background in a HR Advisor role within an industrial setting
  • Extensive experience handling complex E.R cases at high-volume
  • CIPD Level 5 preferred
  • Experience with TUPE processes
  • Excellent communication ability both written and verbal

Job Offer
