This is a full generalist position overseeing the operational HR duties along with ownership of various exciting projects. A nationwide, multi-site industrial firm based in Doncaster with approx. 1000 headcount. They are actively seeking a Senior HR Advisor to add value to their close-knit HR function.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Senior HR Advisor role based in Doncaster, roles and responsibilities will include:

• Assist the Head of HR in the management of complex ER processes when relevant including re-structure, redundancy and TUPE
  
• Provide an effective and comprehensive HR Service to a high level, managing and dealing with Employee Relations issues
  
• Work closely with line manager to understand recruitment needs, including producing job descriptions, coordinating interviews and providing advice to managers
  
• Build and own relationships with managers, in order to positively influence approaches and behaviours to be in line with Company and best practise
  
• Assist the deliverable of annual HR processes, such as salary and bonus review, talent planning, mentoring scheme, intern enrolment, induction programme
  

Profile

• Demonstrable background in a HR Advisor role within an industrial setting
• Extensive experience handling complex E.R cases at high-volume
• CIPD Level 5 preferred
• Experience with TUPE processes
• Excellent communication ability both written and verbal
