HR Bid Manager (M&A/TUPE) - London, FTC (£60,000)


My client is looking for an HR professional with experience in Bid, M&A and TUPE to join their team. This role will lead the people strategy within the Bid Team and report directly to the Head of HR. They will be responsible for representing HR in the bid process from due diligence and supporting the sales effort through to post deal transition.

The idea candidate:

  • Strong HR knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrable experience within large scale bids or M&A experience
  • Worked in commerical areas within a variety of organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of TUPE, pensions and case law
  • Effectively design and communicate complex solutions
