A really exciting and autonomous HR Services Manager based in Brighton. The role involves direct line management of 5 HR professionals, and oversees the operations for the team. The ideal candidate will be really customer centric and have solid HR Manager experience. The role is full time and permanent, and allows some flexiworking.

Description

  • Manage the HR operations team and ensure expert advise and guidance is provided to all stakeholders on all HR matters
  • Proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement and work hard ethos to drive a fantastic customer service, and drive performance for the people strategy
  • Manage the operational delivery of compliant HR policies and procedures
  • Drive team performance and targets
  • Monitor spending and budgets

Profile

  • Proven HR operational experience
  • Proficiency in employment law
  • Proficiency overseeing the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of payroll
  • Previous man management and development experience
  • CIPD Level 5 and above

Job Offer

  • £44,000-£45,000 per annum salary
