Early Talent and Skills Consultant . 22.5 hrs per wk. Beaconsfield + Regional travel .£40,000 Pro Rata

This established organisation are experiencing further growth and as a result are looking to expand the Human Resources Team. Their Customer current and future needs are at the heart of everything they do.

Your new role
This is a new role, supporting the HR Manager by developing and co-ordinating the Management Trainee Programme and Apprenticeships. It will also focus on promoting the organisation and industry as a career choice.
You'll develop and Co-ordinate the Management Trainee programme and work with the HR Manager and Directors to determine the shape of the Apprenticeship scheme. The follow on will be to ensure that all Trainees and Apprentices are supported and developed throughout their careers.


What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR Professional who has either worked in a Talent /Early Careers Consultant role or a Generalist role with a focus on these areas . Ideally you would have had experience of Apprenticeships and the levy
