Job Details
My client is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to start ASAP, initially on a 6 month FTC. This role is based in Buckingham at their design and manufacturing site and is paying £30,000-£35,000 + benefits.
Reporting into the HR Manager key responsibilities will include;
- Writing engaging adverts and ensuring that all roles are advertised in the most appropriate media
- Developing appropriate recruitment strategies
- Souring candidates through online channels
- Coordinating applications of candidates
- Screening CV’s and updating candidates on the recruitment and selection process
- Interviewing candidates
- Preparing offer packs
- Provide interview feedback
- Supporting new employee induction programs
You must have proven Recruiter experience within a fast moving environment, ideally within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector. You must be experienced in all aspects of direct hiring including Boolean searching, mining job boards and the use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
