We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Generalist HR Manager with one of our leading clients based High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire.

As HR Manager you will have a wide commercial focus and experience in both operational and strategic HR Management to support the wide HR team around BAU, change management, capability, performance, leadership development and projects such as governance.

The role also requires strong stakeholder management engaging directly with the SLT in each part of the business.

This is a key position within the business and you will have the opportunity to support the development of the people strategy supporting growth and development.

Requirements:

·Proven ability of working in a similar role
·CIPD qualified
·Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting the HR Director on both an operational and strategic level
·The ability to drive innovation, deliver change and provide leadership in response to business or market conditions.
