HR Programme Management Lead
Oxford / London (up to 2 days home working)
£60-65,000 per annum

Network HR are pleased to be promoting this exclusive appointment to join a well-established Construction organisation, currently dominating the market as a HR Programme Management Lead.

Location: This role will see you be based across the London and Oxford site with up to 2 days home working.

Overview: As a HR Programme Manager you will join a newly defined function, reporting into the Head of HR PMO supporting a number of Project Managers across various divisions within the business such as; Defence, Utilities, Strategic Consulting and Engineering, across a high volume of change / transformation projects.

It is important to note that this role is removed from the operational arm of Project Management and won't see you directly deliver, design or implement projects, instead you will be responsible for governing multiple projects across the group via HR Project Managers.

Duties:
• Govern various projects across the business to support the delivery and execution focus of HR Project Managers
• Ensure that all Project Managers are accountable for the timely and successful execution of various initiatives
• Highlight and mitigate potential risk, duplication and exploit synergies of scale when appropriate
• Act as a key influencer to drive activity, highlight areas of efficiency and promote collaboration

Ideal Background: This will be the ideal opportunity for a highly analytical, technically competent and commercially minded individual with exposure working directly in a Project Management Office or an organisation experiencing significant change where you have been acting directly in the capacity of overseeing Change Consultants or Project Managers and owning the successful delivery whilst ensuring effective implementation. PRINCE2 or Lean and Six Sigma are not a prerequisite but would be advantageous.
